Phone the Special Events Department to make a tentative space reservation.
Upon Approval:
OMSA will prepare the General Information/Policies and Procedures and Contract for Facility Use, based on the tentative details of your event(s). Your signature on these two documents, along with the specified deposit, will confirm your space reservation.
Lastly, OMSA will prepare a Special Event Contract when the details of your event are confirmed. This document will include details of your selected caterer, photographer, florist, entertainment, etc. Your signature on the Special Event Contract and the Indemnification Agreement along with your Certificate of Insurance and the balance of the Usage Fee are the final steps to scheduling your event at The Ogden Museum of Southern Art.
