The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is first and foremost a museum containing masterworks of Southern art. Due to the cultural and monetary value of the collections contained within the facility, an ďApplication for Facilities for Special EventsÍ must be submitted and approved before planning can begin. Approval or denial of application will be received by the prospective client in writing from the Ogden Museum of Southern Art Special Events Department. Please allow seven (7) working days after the completed application is received by the Special Events Department for notification.
The Ogden Museum of Southern Art reserves the right to deny the use of its facilities to any person or organization at any time and to deny the continued use of said facilities to any user who does not comply with The Ogden MuseumÍs policies and procedures.
